Grown in the shade of towering silver oaks and pepper vines on Kerala's mist-wrapped hillside estates, our coffee is a celebration of terroir. Cultivated at elevations between 900–1500 metres in Wayanad and Coorg-border regions, our beans develop complex flavour profiles that rival the world's best specialty coffees. Available as green (raw) or roasted beans for export.
Aroma & Flavour Profile
Rich dark chocolate and molasses base, with bright notes of tropical fruit (mango, tamarind), a caramel sweetness, and a clean, lingering finish. Medium-to-full body with low to medium acidity.
Culinary & Brewing Uses
Espresso, filter drip, French press, South Indian filter coffee, cold brew, and specialty café blends. Green beans available for custom roasting houses and importers.
